This publication covers the key aspects of law and practice relating to the construction industry in England and Wales. It covers procurement and dispute resolution. The commentary was revised and updated by Kate Williams of Sirius Legal Consulting and Merissa Martinez (then of London City and International law firm Trowers & Hamlins LLP).
